In Mongolia, foreign investors can establish a private limited company, a public limited company, a partnership, or a representative office. To register a company in Mongolia you need to lodge your application to the General Authority for State Registration.
You can start the company registration process online through e-business.mn https://e-business.mn/home
First, upload documents, wait for review, and once documents are accepted, you can visit the One Stop Service Center to submit the documents in person.
